The registration fee can be paid online by credit card or by a bank transfer to the bank account of the Congress Secretariat. You will receive a payment request with the bank details after the registration.
 
For payment in euros, please contact the Congress Secretariat at dufkova@amca.cz, where a new invoice will be issued.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

In the event of the cancellation of your registration, please notify the Congress Secretariat by e-mail at europacat2023@amca.cz.
 
Cancellations received  Refund
before May 31, 2023 full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 500 CZK (approx. 20 EUR) will be deducted
from June 1 to July 31, 2023 50% of the registration fee
from August 1, 2023 no refund

In the case of your VISA application being declined, your payment will be refunded in full minus a service fee of CZK 500.
